Return Policy

General Returns

Customer can return within 10 business days after delivery of order.

An RMA (Return Material Authorization) will be issued to customer before product is shipped back.  Contact sales@golston.com or call 1-800-433-5526.

Copy of RMA must be placed inside the box with product.  RMA# must show on shipping label.

Customer will ship product back via their own carrier.

Upon receipt of product to our facility, a credit will be issued with a 20% restocking charge. Freight will not be credited.  If product is received damaged, no credit will be issued.

Defective Products

Customer must supply pictures of defect or a detailed description.

If pictures show damage is not caused by a defect, product will not be issued an RMA or credit.

If product is a pneumatic tube Carrier, it must include mold date which can be found inside the carrier stamped on both halves.

Our UPS Collect# will be provided to ship product back.

Upon receipt of product, a credit will be issued if it is determined to be a manufacturing defect.

Product will be replaced, and original invoice will be credited for product only. Replacement product will be invoiced when shipped.  No freight will be charged.
