Golston Warranty

The warranty covers defects in material and workmanship resulting in loss of function, with the exceptions stated below.  The warranty covers carriers deemed defective for 1 year from date of delivery.

This warranty does not cover:  excessive wear and damage caused by use in an improperly maintained or improperly adjusted pneumatic tube system, damage caused by excessive exposure to heat, damage caused by exposure to chemicals or solvents; or damage caused by abuse or misuse.

If you feel there are defects covered by this warranty, please contact us either by phone (800.433.5526) or email (sales@golston.com) to discuss the expected defect with a representative.   If it is expected that it is defective, we will provide you with an RMA (Return Material Authorization) and instruct you to send the carrier to our facility at the following address.  Also, please see Returns Policy.

Upon receipt of the defective Tube Carrier, our team will examine the carrier to determine if the defect falls under the warranty.  If yes, we will repair or replace the Tube Carrier, at our discretion, and send, the repaired carrier or a replacement back to you in a timely fashion.
